About the Role
The Company is seeking a Partner for its Executive Search division. The successful candidate will be part of a values-based firm that combines the best practices of a global retained executive search with a no-risk fee model, ensuring a focus on the Halo Effect in all placements. This role requires a professional with a history of significant billing, a deep understanding of the business, and a vertical or functional specialty that either complements existing niches or expands the firm's capabilities. The ideal Partner will have a desire to sell a value proposition that is in line with the company's innovative and technology-driven approach, and will be a team player who thrives in a culture of positive collaboration and unity. Key responsibilities for the Partner include business development, search fulfillment, and client management. The role demands a candidate with a proven track record in these areas, as well as the ability to work with diverse candidate slates and access unique networks. The company values transparency, real-time tracking, and reporting, and the Partner will be expected to uphold these principles. An international scope is also a requirement, with the potential for travel to the company's offices in Europe and the U.S. The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker, capable of driving success both independently and as part of a team, and will be committed to treating clients and candidates with the utmost respect and integrity.
